Rental Policie's
Driver Requirements
All renters and drivers must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18+ years old

Must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

Must provide proof of full coverage insurance that transfers to rental vehicles, or purchase approved rental insurance.
Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement before operating the vehicle.
Mileage Limits
Daily rentals include 150 miles per day unless otherwise specified.
Additional mileage is charged between $3 – $20 per mile depending on the vehicle.
Mileage limits reset every 24 hours of the rental period.
Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Racing, track events, or timed competitions

Burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving

Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Off-road driving
-
Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers

Using the vehicle for ride-share or commercial purposes
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged the cost of fuel plus a refueling service fee.
Damage Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period, including but not limited to:

Exterior or interior damage

Wheel and tire damage

Mechanical damage caused by misuse

Undercarriage damage
Damage costs may be deducted from the security deposit, with additional charges billed if damages exceed the deposit amount.
Insurance
Renters must provide proof of full coverage insurance that includes:

Comprehensive
-
Collision
-
Liability
If personal insurance does not cover exotic rentals, renters may be required to purchase supplemental rental insurance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of the reservation payment.
Traffic Violations & Tolls
The renter is responsible for:

Traffic tickets
-
Parking violations
-
Toll charges
-
Impound or towing fees
Administrative processing fees may also apply.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles are inspected before and after each rental.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear from driving.
Excessive cleaning, smoke odor, stains, or interior damage may result in cleaning or detailing fees.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion if safety, eligibility, or policy requirements are not met.
